I founded Bartlett & Company to provide small and growing businesses with high-level bookkeeping and financial oversight — the kind typically associated with a Controller — without the cost of a full-time employee.

With more than a decade of experience in Controller and Accounting leadership roles, I have overseen full-cycle accounting operations including AR/AP management, payroll, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, invoicing, and year-end coordination with CPAs.

My background in construction accounting — including job cost tracking, contract and progress billing, and project-based financial management — has given me deep expertise in managing cash flow, profitability, and operational discipline in complex environments.

While my services are rooted in precise, dependable bookkeeping, my approach is strategic. I design financial systems that create clarity, strengthen internal controls, and give business owners meaningful insight into performance and cash flow. My clients gain the structure of a strong accounting department and the perspective of a financial leader — without unnecessary overhead.

I hold an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Western Governors University. I partner closely with each client as an extension of their leadership team, delivering financial clarity, stability, and scalable growth support.
